Stacey Dillon - Patient Care Coordinator
Life long equestrian and long term resident of Wellington, Fl. Stacey has worked along side one of the areas most gifted dermatologist, Dr. Heather Houck. Learning the most innovative products and procedures serving Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington. Stacey loves making long term treatment plans helping patients look and feel their best. She prides herself on being positive, upbeat and a problem solver. Her clients love her honesty, ability to advocate for them and her support long after they have left the office.

Heather E. Houck - Dermatologist MD
Heather E. Houck M.D. is a dermatologist who practiced medicine in palm beach county from 1997-2018. She attained her undergraduate degree from Duke University with honors in 1986. She attended medical school at University of Maryland and graduated in 1993 as president of the medical honor society. Dr. Houck interned at Hershey Medical Center in their internal medicine department before starting her dermatology residency at University of Maryland. She was chief resident in the Maryland dermatology department. After moving to Florida in 1997 she practiced dermatology, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology in Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
Lizhi Xu - Office Manager
Received his MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Li brings a unique blend of business administration to the team.
As the office manager, overseeing both the front and back end of our practice. Li ensures smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. While the medical field wasn’t Li’s initial focus, working in aesthetics has sparked a newfound appreciation for the intersection of beauty and medicine. Always dedicated to helping our clients, Li embodies our commitment to excellence
Mia Veras - Social Media Coordinator
Mia is an undergrad working to become a nurse practitioner. She assists our injector in procedures while learning different aesthetic techniques. She is always eager to help and learn new things. Mia brings a young positive vibe to the office that clients love.
Carolyn Krome - Medical Esthetician
Carolyn comes to us with over 25 years experience working for dermatology practices and some of the top luxury spas in the country. Coming out of esthetician school, she was hired by one of the top dermatologists on the east coast where she received invaluable training in her field. Carolyn likes to keep up to date on emerging skincare products and services, so she regularly attends various trainings and seminars. She is highly capable of treating a variety of skin conditions, so you can feel confident under her expert care. Carolyn believes there is no “one size fits all” treatment and customizes every service for transformative results with a masterful spa touch.
